Designed to fit around real life, these experiences offer space to pause, reset, reconnect and nourish yourself, whether you're joining for a single event or returning regularly. Breathwork and Energy Healing Monthly Workshop

Saturday 18th July - 3.30pm - 5.30pm @ Valley Park Community Centre

An immersive breathwork and energy healing experience designed to gently awaken the heart and realign you from within. Each month offers a powerful opportunity to release emotional blocks, expand awareness, and reconnect with your truest self.

What to Expect:

This is a deeply held and restorative experience. During our time together, we will move through:

• Grounding practices to arrive fully in the body
• Guided meditation to open the heart space
• Intentional conscious breathwork
• Intuitive energy healing
• Integration time for rest, reflection, and stillness

The majority of the journey takes place lying down in a safe and supported environment.

Every experience is unique. You may feel emotional release, deep relaxation, clarity, insight, expanded awareness, or a renewed sense of connection to yourself.

Some sessions feel subtle; others feel powerful. There is no right or wrong way to experience breathwork - only your way.

Who This Journey Is For:

This monthly container is for you if you feel called to:

No prior breathwork or energy healing experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

What to Bring:

This is a self-supported space, so please bring everything you need to feel warm, safe, and comfortable.

We will be lying down for most of the session, and your comfort will directly support the depth of your experience.

Please bring:

• A yoga mat
• A blanket (or two)
• A pillow for your head
• Cushions or bolsters to support your knees and lower back
• A bottle of water
• Comfortable, layered clothing
• An eye mask (optional)
• A journal and pen (optional, for integration)

Think of creating a cosy nest for yourself. The more physically supported your body feels, the more easily you can soften and surrender into the journey.

Preparation:

For the most comfortable experience, please arrive:

• Well hydrated
• On a relatively empty stomach

It’s best to avoid heavy meals for 2–3 hours before the session. If possible, avoid eating during this window.

You may wish to come with a gentle intention or simply an openness to whatever is ready to unfold.

Important Considerations:

Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice and may not be suitable for everyone.

Please seek medical guidance before attending if you have:

• Pregnancy
• Epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Severe cardiovascular conditions
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Recent surgery or major injury
• Severe respiratory conditions
• Serious mental health conditions (including psychosis, schizophrenia, or recent hospitalisation)

“The Human Experience” Workshop

An immersive 3-hour journey to reconnect with yourself, your body, and others through movement, breathwork, and shared presence.

The Human Experience is not just another workshop. It is an invitation to remember what it feels like to be fully human.

What to Expect:

The Human Experience is a three hour immersive workshop designed to reconnect you with something many of us have forgotten. The simple power of being human, together.

In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, this is an opportunity to slow down, step away from the noise, put your phone aside, take your shoes off, and return to genuine presence, authentic connection, and the wisdom of your body.

Together, we will explore what it means to truly be seen, heard and felt by others, creating space for connection beyond the surface level.

Throughout our time together, we will journey through a carefully guided experience that includes:

• A welcoming opening circle to create safety, intention and connection
• Shared presence exercises to cultivate authentic human connection
• Somatic embodiment practices and mindful movement
• Gentle, consent based partner and group experiences to explore connection and awareness
• A deep awakening journey using breath, meditation and subconscious exploration
• Integration, reflection and a closing sharing circle

Everything offered throughout the workshop is only an invitation.

You are always encouraged to honour your own body, your own boundaries, and your own pace. There is no pressure to participate beyond what feels genuinely right for you. You can choose to fully immerse yourself in every practice, or simply observe and take things in from the outside.

Your experience is completely your own. No two journeys are ever the same.

Some people experience emotional release, deep relaxation, joy, playfulness, clarity, insight, a renewed sense of connection, or simply the feeling of being truly seen and accepted. There is no right or wrong way to experience this workshop. There is only your experience.

No previous experience with breathwork, movement, meditation or somatic practices is needed.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

What to Bring:

The studio is fully equipped with yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, cushions, eye masks and other props, so you only need to bring yourself.

Please bring:

• A bottle of water
• Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
• Layers to help you stay comfortable throughout the workshop
• Anything personal that helps you feel more at ease. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blanket or pillow if you prefer.

Throughout the experience we will spend time moving, sitting and lying down, so prioritising your comfort will help you feel more supported.

Preparation:

To help you get the most from the experience, please:

• Arrive well hydrated
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Eat lightly beforehand. Avoid a heavy meal for two to three hours before the workshop if possible
• Leave enough time to arrive without rushing

This is a phone free experience during the workshop itself.

If you would like to capture a few memories, there will be time at the beginning and again at the end to take photos or short videos. Once we move into the experience, I will invite everyone to put their phones away so we can fully immerse ourselves in the Human Experience without distractions.

By stepping away from our screens, we create the space to be fully present with ourselves and with each other. To listen, connect, move, feel and experience what it means to be human together.

Come with curiosity rather than expectation. There is nothing to achieve here. This is simply an opportunity to slow down, connect and experience yourself and others in a different way.
