Hi, I'm Kiera, founder of The Wild Rebirth and your guide for today's session.

I'm an advanced SOMA Breath facilitator, Intuitive Rebirth Practitioner, and Spinal Energetics Practitioner. My work sits at the intersection of breathwork, nervous system science, and body-led practice - focused on helping people understand and work with their own physiology to create lasting change from the inside out.

My path into this work wasn't academic, it came from lived experience. After years of running on stress, operating in a chronic fight or flight state, and feeling disconnected from my own body which ultimately led to an autoimmune condition, I came to understand something that no amount of talking had been able to show me: that regulation isn't just a mental process. It's something the body has to learn, feel, and practice.

That realisation changed everything. It's what drives the work I do now, creating practical, accessible spaces where people can experience what it actually feels like to shift their internal state, build nervous system resilience, and come back to themselves.

I work with individuals through 1:1 sessions and also with organisations through various tailored wellbeing workshops, designed for teams who want to move beyond stress management theory and into something that actually works in the body.
