A space to slow down, soften and truly see.

A powerful guided experience of breathwork + eye gazing - designed to bring you back home to yourself, and into deeper connection with others.

What to Expect

This is a deeply restorative and introspective experience. During the session we will work with:

• Grounding & guided meditation

• SOMA Breath Breathwork Awakening Method

• Nervous system regulation

  • Eye gazing for connection

• Space for integration & rest

We begin by dropping into the body through breathwork, creating safety, openness, and presence within. From this place you’ll be invited into eye-gazing, a powerful yet simple practice of seeing and being seen, without masks or expectation. The majority of the journey is done lying down in a safe, supported environment. E

very experience is unique. Some people feel emotional release, deep relaxation, clarity, insight, or a renewed sense of connection. There is no right or wrong way to experience this. You are invited to arrive simply as you are.

Who This Journey Is For

This session is for you if you feel called to:

No prior breathwork experience is needed.

What to Bring

Everything is provided at the venue, including:

• Yoga mats

• Bolsters

• Blankets

• Pillows

You are very welcome to bring your own items if you prefer.

Please bring:

• A bottle of water

• Comfortable clothing

• Anything that helps you feel cosy (optional)

Wear something you can fully relax in, as we will spend most of the session lying down.

Preparation

For the most comfortable experience, please arrive:

• Well-hydrated

• On a relatively empty stomach

It is best to avoid heavy meals for 2–3 hours before the session. Ideally, avoid eating anything during this window if you can.

Important Considerations

Breathwork is a powerful practice and may not be suitable for everyone.

Please consult with a medical professional before attending if you have:

• Pregnancy

• Epilepsy or history of seizures

• Severe cardiovascular conditions

• Uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Recent surgery or major injury

• Severe respiratory conditions

• Serious mental health conditions (including psychosis, schizophrenia, or recent hospitalisation)

An immersive breathwork and energy healing experience designed to gently awaken the heart and realign you from within. Each month offers a powerful opportunity to release emotional blocks, expand awareness, and reconnect with your truest self.

This is a deeply held and restorative experience. During our time together, we will move through:

• Grounding practices to arrive fully in the body
• Guided meditation to open the heart space
• Intentional conscious breathwork
• Intuitive energy healing
• Integration time for rest, reflection, and stillness

No prior breathwork or energy healing experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

What to Bring

This is a self-supported space, so please bring everything you need to feel warm, safe, and comfortable.

We will be lying down for most of the session, and your comfort will directly support the depth of your experience.

Please bring:

• A yoga mat
• A blanket (or two)
• A pillow for your head
• Cushions or bolsters to support your knees and lower back
• A bottle of water
• Comfortable, layered clothing
• An eye mask (optional)
• A journal and pen (optional, for integration)

Think of creating a cosy nest for yourself. The more physically supported your body feels, the more easily you can soften and surrender into the journey.
